About the Job
We are looking for a licensed Consulting MD - Preventative Medicine for ECM in California to join our team as a consultant, focusing on care coordination and the approval of care plans. The ideal candidate will have completed cultural competency training and be available for weekly consultations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting services to streamline patient care and ensure effective and culturally appropriate care plans.
- Review and approve care plans to ensure they meet medical standards and are tailored to each patient's needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct weekly consultations to provide guidance and support to healthcare providers.
- Stay up to date on best practices in patient care and healthcare coordination.
Requirements:
- Medical Doctor licensed in California.
- Completion of cultural competency training.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Passion for improving patient outcomes through collaborative care.
